Freshworks CRM is the best cloud-based project management software for sales analysis and automation. Registering a new user and paying for the service with a credit card is straightforward. It's easy to reach users via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. While it's useful for implementing project management, its chat windows lag behind real-time forums.

I would give Freshworks CRM's overall usability a 7 out of 10. Although the software has improved since we first obtained it, it still could use improvements to make functionality more intuitive and easier for the average user. It is not that challenging but there is definitely a learning curve

C2CRM delivers us the best features for improving business tasks and it is very handy for launching new products in front of others. I can easily gather all the detail of customers in one place and we can discuss and increase product marketing.
