Using embedded AI Glassbox points to where CX is being compromised, the reasons behind it, and their potential value and empowers users to take action in real-time.
After considering both Contentsquare and Glassbox, we chose to go with Glassbox because it provided an environment that was more suited to our security constraints. (We require a Single Tenant solution, which only Glassbox was able to provide).
We chose Glassbox instead of Contentsquare primarily because of Glassbox's built-in VoC solution, which is linked directly to session data. This feature really helps contextualize customer sentiment data and makes the feedback even more insightful.
