Likelihood to Recommend Changing CRMs can be a very daunting proposition. Creatio's Support and Customer Success teams have been nothing short of fantastic as we recently navigated this change. The regular check-ins helped ensure we had the tools we needed to be successful. I do not have any programming background or experience. Creatio's low-code design has allowed me to implement the majority of changes very easily without additional third-party consultants. Some of the resource documents have not been updated to current versions of the software and/or would benefit from 'How to' videos for the novice user/administrator.
Read full review Insightly is very well suited to track steps in a particular process. It is also very easy to connect contacts, organizations, requests, and projects. It is great for storing data in a way that is easily referenced. It is a helpful tool for facilitating team collaboration. The connectivity to our website forms is also very useful. It is less appropriate for tracking financials as far as invoicing and payments.
Read full review Pros Creatio's client success team is super. The team is collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-driven. We have weekly meetings with the team. They show up prepared with solutions/ideas to business requests and they are clearly engaged. Creatio's infrastructure team has been critical to our ability to execute our cloud strategy. They have worked with us to set up our testing and production environments within Azure, assisted in testing, and are responsive and flexible to our unique requirements. Creatio has been very flexible to requests for customization. We have taken their low-code out-of-the-box solution and "Ringlerized" it. The benefit for us is an application that meets our niche business needs. You can fix this by refreshing the page and it doesn't happen often but when it does, it does disrupt the flow. Pulling a report from multiple objects is limited. You have a lot of options but there are some things you want to be able to pull in together and you can't. Items such as Contacts and Organizations don't always link together. Its customizability will allow us to adapt this product as our business may change in the future.
Read full review Insightly offers a great product; it's the right fit for our company at this time. We were, however, considering moving to Contactually due to their cost effective automation features. However, they lacked the project management capabilities of Insightly. As our company grows, we would love to stay with Insightly - and if they can nail the automation and add the ability to customize a little bit more, it would be the perfect solution for us. For a larger company with a more involved sales team, you might find the metrics/reporting to be a bit basic. Insightly offers great customer service even to free customers

Read full review The reports are easy to customize and generate within seconds. The pipeline clearly shows what is going on with the order, so we don't have to waste time frequently checking in. The database helps us quickly look up a healthcare provider's NPI so we can add it to the order and verify eligibility for insurance.
Read full review Reliability and Availability Other than the daily maintenance window where the server may be inaccessible for a few minutes, there have been no issues with accessing our Creatio site. The daily maintenance window is outside normal business hours so it does not affect our Users - just myself when I am looking to implement changes.
Read full review Knock on wood... I haven't had any difficulties with Insightly's availability to-date. I mostly use it on my desktop and infrequently access via my Android phone. No access issues.
Read full review Performance Some Users have reported slow responses from the server at times which seems to be localized. Users are based across four different time zones and the issue is intermittent.
Read full review The interface is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Reports can quickly be made, including custom fields.The website response has always been quick to load and has never been unavailable when I have needed access. They listen to requests for additional or custom features, and they hold workshops frequently to assist new and experienced users.

I have a huge respect for them, especially the people that were based in the Ukraine. Still in these strange times they always keep the focus on the customer, where we would have totaly understanded it if it was any different. Read full review We have used Insightly for almost 2 years now. We have always been able to get in touch with support for a variety of reasons and they have never disappointed us. The support staff have always been very understanding. They have assisted with answers to our questions and have provided great tech support. We would highly recommend them.
Read full review Online Training Most of the roadblocks to learning were not discovered until the users were actually in the system using it on a day to day basis. Our Customer Success Manager has offered to setup additional training sessions as needed to close the gaps in our learning. Some areas which required some additional training are setting up filters, dashboards, and generating reports.

Read full review Implementation Rating The project manager for our implementation was great to work with and took the time to understand our business. We felt very comfortable going into the project with a reasonable scope of work to provide us with a functional version of Creatio to meet our needs. Unfortunately, we came across multiple challenges with this partner in their deliverables and timelines. Thankfully Creatio was able to provide support resources to ensure we were able to launch. We have since changed partners for our third-party support.

Salesforce , unlimited wasn't really unlimited. You couldn't deploy an on-site instance and the overall cost of the system far outweighed the ROI. These are all things Creatio offers, out-of-the-box.

GoldMine . It allows for more customizations. Our reports are nicer looking and it seems much more user friendly. Insightly also seems to be more than just sales focused.
GoldMine seemed to really be geared more towards a sales staff. Insightly has more capabilities for our future needs as well

(+) The sorting capabilities also help me pinpoint the contacts that I need to stay on top of. (-) When I add a new lead from an existing organization, I would like the organization's information to automatically populate the fields like address, website, description. I enter all that information manually. (-) My mass mailing experience has been tedious due to the email function being interrupted and crashing due to bad email addresses in some of my records. (-) Many of my leads do not have current email addresses. I wish Insightly offered a tool to help find email addresses. I spend too much time researching to find email addresses.
