Likelihood to Recommend Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce . It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce . Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce . Read full review I use it every day, and it is so lovely to have a clear desktop and only have one app running with everything I need. For example, when I am creating YouTube content, I need to be able to check analytical data on my YouTube channel, then open up Canva and create additional differences to the thumbnails that Land is making for the following video. I also need to be able to open Google Sheets to update my team and keep track of everything on
Trello so we know what project we are currently working on our project. Workflow for content creation is spread across
Trello Canva, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets, so to have all of these simultaneously open, I can switch between them all within shift is absolutely a godsend. Also, the fact that it integrates with Microsoft To-Do is beneficial as this is how we keep track of all completed tasks that we, as a team, create.
Read full review Pros Groove lets us know real-time when a client has checked an email we sent them. Groove helps us streamline our day-to-day events, meetings, and tasks with the help of the Calendar Booking feature. Groove helps us save a lot of time on typing long letters when we explain our products to our customers with the help of their Templates feature. Read full review Shift provides a seamless, single interface that brings together all of my email accounts and productivity tools (both Google Workspace and 3rd parties) It allows me to install, login and access the same emails and tools from ANY desktop in the world, securely, and without leaving a footprint of my User information or online working sessions. The browser-based UX/UI design of Shift makes it intuitive and fast (especially with recent memory handling improvements). It's just that I will give 9 since I confidently believe that there'd be updates in the future which would be more optimal not just for us users but for the business as well. The only regret I have with groove is I was not able to use it before the current company that I'm employed

Read full review In-Person Training It was okay. But, just the once. I had to figure it out with help of others on my team.

Read full review Implementation Rating At Nearpod, I have been impressed with the internal expertise and support around Groove as a key tool for the Sales and Customer Success business systems and operations.
Read full review Alternatives Considered I have used Dialpad. Dialpad is great, and Groove in my opinion does everything Dialpad does. Dialpad lacks the automation, which makes me feel that Groove is much better. I have not used any other CRMS besides these two, but I do believe Groove is light years ahead of Dialpad.
Read full review I wouldn't say I liked the user experience and the difficulty in configuration. I generally like to keep my UX and UI as consistent as possible, and Shift does that. Moreover, I wanted to save all my Gmail labels and have their catalog precisely as on the Gmail website.
Thunderbird for Mac is a bit tacky.
Read full review Scalability Our organization was able to quickly scale Groove from a pilot group of a few users to a department-wide solution
Read full review Return on Investment Reduced several hours a week of logging time in Salesforce that either wouldn't get done or would have been done to the detriment of more value add activities. Saves hours per week by delivering actionable/useful info from Salesforce into Gmail Gives me valuable insight on what emails are being opened and read. This helps plan targeting.
