  • Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce. It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce.
  • Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce.

For agencies or people with multiple clients or master accounts they have to go in and out of. If you have the same app but need to log into different accounts to use it for different clients. Say you have three different ChatGPT accounts for 3 different clients. You can have three workspaces in Shift with ChatGPT installed on all of them, but logged into the separate accounts. Two clicks and you're in the correct account.

  • It would be great if Shift could combine my emails on one screen across my multiple accounts like Gmail's mobile app does.
  • I don't find it as easy or intuitive to browse the web within Shift, so I typically switch over to Chrome for that.
  • I find all the apps and workspace features to be confusing and not particularly useful for my purposes.

I actually don't have any complaint regarding groove. It's just that I will give 9 since I confidently believe that there'd be updates in the future which would be more optimal not just for us users but for the business as well. The only regret I have with groove is I was not able to use it before the current company that I'm employed

Groove has been an awesome platform to use for sales pipeline management. I really enjoy how it integrates with my Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Calendar. It makes my job easier by helping me keep track of the progress of each sales contact that I have. Leads are able to reply and notify us using Groove.

Shift is great when it's great! When it's not though it's basically useless. It can be soooo glitchy for my needs. And many times I find myself frustrated and returning to my standard (Chrome) browser to complete certain tasks. This is especially true with WordPress, opening links in new tabs, Shift tends to lose "custom domains" for apps, and often passwords aren't saved.

My company has a team dedicated to supporting our implementation of operative tools and business systems such as Groove. For this reason, I feel that we have ample support for Groove, although I have not personally contacted Groove for any support issues.

I gave Shift’s support a 10 because, even though I only needed support twice in three years, the experience was exceptional both times. The response was fast, which is so important when you’re dealing with an issue that could disrupt your workflow. What stood out most was that I got to deal with a real person each time, not just an automated system or generic responses. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly committed to resolving my issues quickly. That level of personalized service gave me a lot of confidence in the product and showed that the team behind Shift genuinely cares about their users. It’s rare to find such reliable and human-centered support these days, and it made a lasting impression.

Groove is simple. Like their competitors, they give you the ability to create templated "Flows" (sequences) of calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches. Some of them can be automated, but it's also simple to personalize outreach. Ultimately, my decision to purchase Groove over some of the competitors was based on their Salesforce integration, as well as white-glove customer service.

Shift stood out because it’s like having multiple of the other apps all rolled into one. It handles email better than most others multi-account switching better than Outlook, and app organization better than Station. If you’re managing multiple email accounts and communication tools like Slack or WhatsApp at the same time, Shift wins.

  • I keep up with all of my six work email accounts with Shift. It handles them better, for my purposes, than I have seen any other email client handle one. The grouping feature makes all the difference.
  • It has helped me handle my email from all of these addresses quickly, efficiently, and reliably, with no problems, no surprises, nothing missing, nothing lost.
  • Directing incoming emails to one of up to four specific groups has enabled me to focus on what I'm working on without having other emails in the way.
