    Any work environment where more than one team member is able to address certain customer requests. We used to use Groups, but then it was confusing as to whether or not someone responded, and we needed more transparency between team members. Another example is a person emailing with a billing question. We used to reply and add the billing department's email address or forward the email to billing, but with Hiver, simply assigning it to the billing HIVER Inbox allows anyone to reply directly to the customer without the issue of either the customer or team member remembering to reply all or accidentally replying only to the team member forwarding the email.

    Miro is one of the most essential and powerful whiteboard tool that is easy to use and has a very intuitive UI which is intuitive and easy to customize. I love it's great for any big projects or remote collaboration. What I really think about Miro is how the vast canvas that this tool provides allow us to use same board for multiple meetings and keep coming back for reference.

    • The customer service and support is amazing- I get check ins, quick responses to enquiries and extras from time to time.
    • It knows what it's doing- it's here to take the issue of gmail not being the best when it comes to shared inboxes and it has provided the perfect solution!

    • It allows me to easily create great product boards and shape MVP´s dashboards.
    • Find it quite useful to use a color code in my notes and easily share them with stakeholders to be aligned while I can receive feedback through the comments.
    • I love the sticky notes to build the customer journey, epics, and stories titles so I can place together the whole scope of the project in just one view.

    • There is currently no way to create a support ticket unless related to an email already received. It would be extremely beneficial to be able to take a call and create a support ticket within HIVER based on the call in the same manner that we can create a ticket from an inbound email.

    • Privacy mode to allow participate to create cards that are hidden by facilitator.
    • Polls or voting that is simplified.
    • Allow the facilitator to separate background/structure items (that cannot be moved) from other items that everyone can interact with (that can move), thus preventing error movements in boards.

      Miro is very good but still too basic. It would be great to have more precision and some advanced tools. More control over the text size and objects alignment is a need for our design team. Also, the experience on the tablets is not so good. Many dead clicks and problems while trying to select objects and tools.

      It's pretty easy to use. My gripes are with some small idiosyncrasies with selection behavior with objects and editing text. When I move an object, it automatically de-selects it when I am not done with it. I have to click to select again. Text control is challenging and could be improved. It could use a little more styling capability. It's also weird that it behaves differently in a shape then when using the text tool.

      Superb. very well explained videos. Really helps get the knowledge up on the product. The slides are divided into the topics of usage. I have enjoyed following and implementing all of these slides. The videos are well explained and it is easy to follow. There are tutorials that you can take yourself later. It would be nice however if more training modules were added.

      The tool was flexible, and the package was pay and upgrade as we used - which was convenient to experiment with at the beginning. Integrating with Jira and teams was just clicks with readily available add-ons. Adding members and removing them were tedious, but the support team was quick in resolving any issue faced.

      We used Jira for agile working, used Kanban boards, etc. It is good for software development but not good to adapt for other types of projects. Miro is much easier to adapt, more freedom, but still easy as there are a lot of templates. Other tools like Teams are good for communication, but the whiteboard of Teams is very limited compared to Miro. And if you have documents in Teams, you do not find them. Miro is more intuitive and visual, with the map good to navigate, much better than looking in network folders or SharePoint.
