I previously used Adobe Acrobat version 9, which is quite old and outdated now. Power PDF was cheaper than upgrading to the latest Acrobat and is just as functional. It is much easier to use than version 9 was. Adobe Reader is used by most of my colleagues but despite being …
I think it is much, much superior. One of the law offices I contract with uses Acrobat and the Legal Assistant I work with can't figure out how to remove metadata from her PDF's. I do it for her. Document signing using a digital signature or the hand signature that I've scanned …

I have used a number of PDF products and have stuck with Power PDF as the best to date so far
Nuance was recommended to me years ago and since then I have never tried any other PDF program. Besides Kofax, I use Microsoft Word. These two programs are all I need to run my business. They both have quality designs and professional-looking documents.
Kofax definitely has a shorter learning curve which is greatly appreciated. I have little interest in spending hours on getting an important tool (the ability to edit and manipulate PDF files) operational.
I've tried some other products not listed in the drop-down but have always found Power PDF to be the best combination of value and functionality. At one point I tried the full Adobe Acrobat product but Power PDF is just as functional for all intents and purposes and it costs …
Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance) stands up well beside any PDF program out there. I do use and like Wonder Share PDF as well. Wonder Share is a good PDF program. Adobe is way to expensive so I do not use any of Adobe products. My default PDF program is Kofax Power PDF …
While the above reads as Reader I have used Acrobat 9, 10 and Acrobat Pro 11. I found Kofax Power PDF to be as good in most areas and better with more features in several areas like security, ease of use, cost, outright ownership versus subscription model for 11 Pro, and …
I have found Power PDF a much more powerful program than the commonly available shareware PDF editors and readers and it is much more affordable than Adobe products and easier to use. I also enjoy that I do not have to constantly update the program to correct bugs and security …
I was using other software applications from ScanSoft, TextBridge PaperPort, OmniPage, and Speech Recognition. When the need for a PDF utility arose, I compared the price of Adobe Acrobat to products offered by ScanSoft at the time. Colleagues did not like Adobe (cost was …
Power PDF is faster and a far better product than PaperPort. PaperPort crashes multiple times per day which is time-consuming and frustrating especially in the middle of an activity. If they can sort out PaperPort's glitches, it would be a fantastic program however, it appears …
I have been a past Acrobat user and high price points for equivalent functionality and the continual need to update drove me to what was then Nuance Power PDF and I have not looked back since. At the time, I started to use Power PDF, I also became a PaperPort user and found the …
