Marketing creates the microsites and campaigns with the buyer persona in mind, kickstarting the sales cycle. Sales teams are notified and can edit or approve the marketing campaigns that are then automatically executed. Folloze is extremely easy to learn and use. The no-code platform makes it very easy to train both marketers and sellers/SDRs on how to leverage the platform too. From uploading and managing content to using personalization rules, Folloze empowers users to quickly create custom experiences to raise awareness, educate and strengthen partnerships.
The Folloze Customer Success Team is very quick to answer questions or assist with complex requests that require additional programming. They have been instrumental in helping our organization to learn and use the platform and empowering us to launch unique experiences for our customers and prospects.
Folloze is a much easier platform to use compared to PathFactory. The platform is more intuitive, and there is greater functionality.

I was not involved with the implementation of Folloze. This project was executed before I was hired.
We did not purchase premium support because we have Folloze experts in-house.
We had an integration question about linking Folloze to our new Cloud content repository. The Folloze team got on the phone with our IT department and explained how the integration would work and provided them with follow-up materials to review for future consideration.

we used kapost back at my old company and it was very well perceived for content sharing internally in teams and all of marketing had access to it.

Marketing and BDR Funktion use the Folloze pages for new customer acquisition but also engaging existing customer. we use it in Marketing for campaigns and sending out information to customers in BDR calls.
