Likelihood to Recommend Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM

Being able to deliver a ton of information, content, and/or useful links based on specific segments or personas. Folloze makes it easy to bring together content around a specific narrative so we can speak impactfully to specific market segments.

Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign. The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Read full review Usability Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.
Read full review Usability is good, but it does take some patience at times. You need to refer to your CSM or the Folloze resource library when stuck, which is relatively standard. Once you get the hang of things, I feel it's easy to remember and duplicate your efforts over and over. Just be patient and learn all you can about the product.

Read full review Support Rating I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

Their integrations have been seamless, and their team has been extremely helpful and responsive in getting features added or any gaps addressed. We have been leveraging the tool to its full capability, and people are happy both internally as well as externally.

We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. Uberflip . Those other solutions are more of a content repository with AI to help guide the visitor's experience. While this is powerful, Folloze goes a step further by making a full web page experience. It allows you to provide context and a story along with the content itself. When paired with their personalization, Folloze is the clear choice
