The usability experience is great and I have nothing to complain about. Given the minimum technical requirements the tool works without delays, crashes and errors. At SAP CRM we have everything at our fingertips in a single tool for our business. As developer software I have a lot of relationships with customers and suppliers and the tool collaborates a lot on my journey.

The program could be more user friendly and less dull to the eye. Training is required which is never easy when someone new is joining the company.

SAP CRM's usability involve tons and tons of use cases. It is not just for one domain, but multiple threads which run in parallel in companies. Ranging from big data analytics to resource management and housing sales data. SAP CRM is capable of all of these and even more. Therefore, it has a huge list of usabilities.

It's one of the best in the market. It has an edge over other CRMs. with the flashing internationalization feature and multiple currency capability. Salesforce automation could be easier without using SAP CRM. Excellent integration with email clients, product, price, and promotion management. Overall, it's an excellent tool with an experienced and skilled team.
