Tableau Prep and Data Management Add-on. After using the Tableau Server solution for over a year, we realized we needed better data extraction and output solutions since more and more of our data sets became live extracts. Tableau server allows you to use scheduling and notification features (static and custom) for extracts and flows. As a result, in addition to the Tableau Prep Desktop solution, we purchased a data management add-on (to TBL server). There were seven people involved in making the purchasing decision, from TBL developers to CIO. It took about two months to research it and another month to complete the purchase.

We needed to replace our existing CPM system as we had outgrown it. There were five main stakeholders involved, and it took us several months to research products. However, our purchase decision was delayed by over one year due to the pandemic.

We have been looking to buy a BI tool in order to start doing analytics. The need for data access and understanding has been growing fast lately, and a tool like this started to be essential to avoid being late. We were three people involved, and it took us about four months to decide and get this software.

The most recent project on which we are working is regarding Cisco Defense Orchestrator. It is a necessary software to be able to have a better administration in terms of the security of our business infrastructure. This solution makes it much simpler to manage the different security devices from a single platform and even manage policies to keep us free from threats. To carry out this project, about 6 to 10 people participated, and the time taken for the acquisition of the software and its respective evaluation was two weeks since a thorough investigation was needed for the chosen software to be fully matched with our company.

Recently, we bought Drift. Chatbot technology was booming, and we wanted to create a customer channel with a chatbot. As a result, we were looking for the top 3 chatbots available in the market as per our requirements. We finally opted for Drift. We were around 5 in the project. It took around three months for the research and hardly a month or so for the purchase.

As I've described in my review of the product itself, we wanted to allow our analysts the ability to work in a sandbox that allows them to quickly create and collaborate on applications without the need to rely on a traditional Development team. This would help them incubate ideas and get them in front of internal users faster than before. That way, they could test the water before deciding to industrialize the app and potentially make it available externally. Around five people were involved in the review of the products, and it took around three months to make a decision.

The most recent one was IBM Cloud File Storage. We need this storage system for our complex and high amount of data storage needs, which this could easily cater to. It took around 1-2 months to finalize our decision for this purchase. Overall, a very good product, and the value it offers is incredible.

A team of three people, led by me, evaluated numerous applications to support our account reconciliation needs. The project lasted about nine months for selection and six months for implementation.

We have a large company but were unsure of how many people would ultimately use this or if it would eventually grow in scope with successful adoption among smaller and more siloed teams. Currently I am working on an agricultural based company, which provides necessary equipment like fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides ,herbicides, agricultural machineries and tools, poultry, veterinary equipment etc. to the marginal farmers across the country. To know their demand and and to maintain our supply chain we need to collaborate the entire team in a single forum. Which is almost impossible without the perfect collaboration tool. There are a lot of collaboration tools in market now. Of them which should favor us more is a complicated question to us. So we got confused. Throughout the review of TrustRadius we the came to know about the pros and cons of the selected software. Comparing between them now we found our best collaboration tool.

We were looking for Microsoft Windows software for a remote client project. However, due to existing constraints, only specific versions of the OS would match the existing requirements, as it was necessary to implement USB-over-IP web camera mapping via a Remote Desktop Session. Moreover, we were using Windows OS Desktop with Windows Dataserver 2019. It was possible to determine that only Windows Educational/Enterprise OS would work for the project, so we acquired the software.

The project dealt with choosing software to do advanced professional forecasting. Many products were reviewed, including open-source and proprietary tools such as SAS, STATA, Spotfire, R, Python, Forecast Pro, and others. My role was to lead the discussion and make final decisions on the chosen software. Others included in the discussion were colleagues and potential users. The ultimate decision was to use SAS Forecast Studio.

We worked on analyzing project lifecycle management tools and came across TrustRadius reviews for getting genuine feedback on best tools for large projects in the industry. We came across feedbacks on two critical tools - Jira and Confluence software and also how sales team follow up on demo and questions on those tools and went with the reviews on TrustRadius and we are very happy to go with Jira and Confluence and find our experience match what is there on TR and we can say that they are very genuine reviews.

Our company was looking at transitioning to AWS from IBM but we were on the fence. Our company has used IBM and their products for many years but we have been hearing a lot of good reviews for AWS but we weren't sure. But being able to use TrustRadius and seeing what clients of AWS had to say helped us with answering any questions we had while adding a level of comfort. I was one of the decision makers when deciding to transition to AWS. Before we decided to transition we were looking at either staying with IBM or AWS.

Software is challenging to purchase. Knowing what is good and bad about a piece of software or SAAS-based service is often challenging. Brands will always put their best foot forward so finding the pros and true cons of technology is important. TrustRadius provides that information for us. Their reviews are provided by real users and that real user feedback is critical with purchasing decisions.

I've submitted reviews for TrustRadius in the past and so I was familiar with TrustRadius's system of soliciting reviews, being fair-minded and asking pointed questions to generate informed and valuable content for reviews along with the ability to provide completely honest answers. Most recently, I had to decide on the purchase of a project & client management software that I had the opportunity to subscribe to at a discount. TrustRadius reviews were incredibly helpful in determining if the product was indeed as good as it claimed and if the price was actually the bargain it claimed to be.

Anytime we look for a new software we use TrustRadius because they connect their reviewers with social profiles that convince us we are getting up to date and honest feed back. We were researching CAD software and we based our decision and based our feed back on what we saw and read from all the users.
