TrustRadius for Buyers

As a part of the marketing team, we had to finalize a data analytics platform for our team. The reviews helped us get real-life examples and use cases as how users were using different apps.

Reading those reviews, we were able to jot down the pros and cons of the apps that we considered. We finally finalized on Mixpanel and it helped us massively in reading between the data and making informed decisions.

We wanted a security app that would replace Cisco. I am a frequent reviewer on TrustRadius platform, so I decided to explore their portal to look for best security VPN app. I found Okta.

I was looking for a solution for word documents, excel documents and email options. I was the sole decision maker in the decision. I looked at G Suite, Zoho Office, and WPS Office. I choose Office 360.

I really like using TrustRadius to evaluate different marketing technologies. I have used it in the past to find the company I was reviewing, their competitors, and what other people think about the product. I usually share this tool with others at my company to do their own research. Overall, I will continue to use TrustRadius for future investigations.

When selecting a new software platform in this day and age it would be crazy not to consult a software review site such as TrustRadius. We have used it when making decisions around CRM systems, Customer Success Platforms, an LMS, and more over the past few years. We use many platforms when making a decision but TrustRadius has some of the most depth-y reviews.

I have been using TrustRadius for years to provide reviews about software and technology solutions in general. I have also used TrustRadius multiple times to compare options before acquiring or adopting new technologies. I have used it to compare ETL solutions, SMS providers, SaaS solutions, web server technologies, to name a few. TrustRadius has been critical many times to make decisions that had a considerable impact on many projects I had the chance to participate in in the past.

I am regularly using some paid tools like Ahref, Spyfu, Yoast Seo, Paypal, WooCommerce, and many other tools. Before choosing any paid tools, I [check] the reviews from different kinds of sites. But on TrustRadius it's very simple to search those tools at once and check out [all] the reviews. TrustRadius is a very popular site among all for its reviews. Only [vetted] users review these tools.

I use TrustRadius all the time. Having a small business, every purchasing decision is crucial, and money cannot be wasted. Due to that, I need to make sure I am always reading all the reviews I can of potential purchases. TrustRadius does a great job of making sure I have enough peer insights in order to make an informed decision.

I used TrustRadius to assist clients in a variety of situations, usually DIY architectural design projects. Software reviews have been helpful for my clients deciding a) whether they want to DIY their own projects and b) which software would work best.

Our company needed a better webinar solution. We were using Zoom pre-pandemic but it didn’t offer us the collaborative tools we needed for a robust webinar experience. We also were exploring the virtual conference option pre-2020, but the pandemic forced that to be a reality and we had to make a decision fast as it was hard to get in contact with a vendor, select a product, and start learning so we could launch a successful 2020 learning program.

Hearing from people that actually use products and services in similar organizations is crucial. That is where TrustRadius comes in. It is easy to get information on the product, feedback on the product and know that it comes from a reputable source.

We were looking into video content management platforms. TrustRadius came into play for us to be able to see at a glance what products were available and then we were able to go into each product and vet them before even meeting with the vendor. Having this extra set of knowledge without having to contact the company's sales reps or find an organization that actually uses the product was invaluable and saved us a bunch of time and annoying sales pitches.

We were looking for a modern tool to support advanced statistical analytics and data mining. This involved a ‘long list’ of potential software suppliers. Our task was to reduce this to a manageable number of potential suppliers. TrustRadius:

• Helped us with this initial selection
• Provided us with a rating of companies
• Gave us the initial questions to ask of the vendors

We were looking for a virtual event vendor and started with TrustRadius. It was easy to view the different vendor options for virtual events and then from there view the pros and cons of each. It was only myself and another colleague who will be using this so simple to discuss. We ended up going with Cvent who we've worked with in the past after evaluating a few other options recommended on TrustRadius.

We utilized TrustRadius when looking into Sales automation tools, specifically for Salesforce automation. My role was to evaluate software and deliver my findings to the decision makers. I was directly involved in the search, evaluation, and review of the tools we were looking at.

We were looking at software like Scratchpad and Dooly. We ultimately went with Scratchpad.

We were reviewing small network and SOHO network hardware. I had been familiar with larger enterprise solutions but wanted to leverage the extensive reviews of the smaller network/SOHO segment. We eventually went with a Cisco/Meraki product after looking at Aruba, Aerohive and Extreme. Two other internal resources were involved in the research.

I recommend products and influence decision making at my company. Often, once we have a hot list of candidate software, I will consult TrustRadius to see what other industry professionals have said about it. It's a very helpful tool in that decision making process and I would highly recommend to others!

We used TrustRadius when we were looking at software for websites and a new CMS. Our team looked for reviews on Siteimprove and Sitefinity and ultimately ended up purchasing these two add ons to help the web team with their everyday tasks.

I use TrustRadius for a great majority of my purchase decisions with our business. The particular one I am referring to was a good Photoshop alternative. I wanted to read real reviews and came across TrustRadius. Not only did it provide what I was looking for, it gave a recommendation which was excellent. I did end up buying, based on what I found here.

Used TrustRadius to evaluate Quickbooks for my firm. I needed something easy to use that clients would be able to use that didn't require too much accounting knowledge.

I was tasked with designing and implementing a customer success program for my company. Amongst other things, I needed to find a CRM that was geared towards Customer Success. I needed to review the options and decide on the best for our team and budget. Word of mouth was not super helpful as most folks were using platforms not specifically designed for Customer Success, and had no experience with the platforms that were. I was able to review various products including Gainsight, ChurnZero, and and Totango on TrustRadius. I made the recommendation of Totango to our CEO and we did eventually go with it.

We had a halted CASB implementation due to Covid crisis, once the project started again, we had a license agreement disussion with the vendor, so I, as the new responsible for the implementation, had to assess the solution and alternative vendors to generate a report for confirmation (or replacement) of the selected solution. Even do I didn't make the decision, my report was took into account for Information Security director who confirmed the 'half-implemented' solution.

Used TrustRadius to evaluate new business intelligence platforms and ETL tools. This was used during the exploration process of tool finding to evaluate what is currently on the marketplace and see what others within the industry are using to provide services to their clients. My role was as a power user to test trial product keys and evaluate if they fulfilled our requirements.

We were looking to purchase new software to help us automate processes within the business, so RPA software. I was asked to research and review some software and used TrustRadius as an initial investigation to review how other users had got on with a variety of tools before making further enquiries with specific companies. It was my role to acquire and try out a variety of tools from different providers. Operations managers and procurement were involved for sign off and security procedures. Ultimately we settled on UiPath.

I have used TrustRadius on quite a few occasions but most recently to read some reviews about Identity Management products such as Okta and Auth0. I use TrustRadius at different points in the buying cycle, sometimes prior to contacting vendors and seeing demos and many times after I've already almost decided and I want to check reviews before a final purchase decision.

I always turn to TrustRadius when making purchasing decisions. As an operations leader, TrustRadius helps keep me informed of common features/questions that impact our buying decisions. Depending on the project, other department leaders are involved as well. What is nice is that TrustRadius helps to level-set and align on other software we should be looking at or considering during our buying processes. I have regularly turned to TrustRadius as a starting point for many types of evaluations.
