Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We're using 8x8 for all the phone lines needed for various departments. We use the numbers for our main line, sms, call recordings which help with training, our recruitment, customer service and sales team make daily use of 8x8
  • access to numbers
  • organized reporting
  • quick support
  • Being able to assign a manager to profiles
  • The ability to create different groups without needing to have them be part of a ring group. It would be useful when analyzing billing to be able to see each department seperatly
  • Reporting that is department specific where managers can view only their staff in reports

It's pretty much working really well for having various departments use the service to make and receive calls. Recording function is great. Reports are great as well but really lack the ability to help managers view recordings of those who they manage. At the moment access to reports provides access to view all users.
