Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

We currently have a very basic setup. One user has a desk extension and the others have calls forwarded from the switchboard to their cell phones. Initially, this replaced a traditional landline system with several extensions. When we moved offices, 8x8 allowed us to keep our main number and simplify the system.

Pros

  • Great customer service
  • The system was up and running quickly
  • Phone quality is excellent

Cons

  • Sound quality when connecting using a computer is not as good.
  • The sound quality on the Android app could be better.
  • Low monthly payments have lowered our bottom line.

We moved offices again a week ago. It was incredibly easy to move to our new location and have our phone system be up and running in seconds.
