We switched from Mailchimp to ActiveCampaign earlier this year as we were having all kinds of issues with Mailchimp and were looking for an email marketing solution that offered decent automation features. We use ActiveCampaign to communicate with our customers and to generate leads among our prospect base.
- Very intuitive and user friendly.
- Advanced automation features.
- Deliverability rate is excellent.
- The ability to edit plain text versions of HTML emails needs adding.
- Button text tends to break onto two lines in some email clients.
- Visibility of contacts within a filtered list before sending emails would be a useful addition.
- Our email deliverability has improved considerably vs our previous email provider (Mailchimp).
