Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Since the pandemic, our entire organization has had to quickly transition to a remote work environment. This created an initial challenge to ensure employees continued to comply with all of our info sec controls. ActivTrak was able to help us manage our remote workforce, implement additional security controls and understand productivity in an easy seamless way. The sales process all the way through implementation and ongoing service management top notch. I would recommend ActivTrak to organizations faced with the same challenges we were.
- Alarms for when remote workers accessed sites or performed activities they were not supposed to.
- Understand how much time employees were actually spending on productive sites.
- Understand how much time, if any, employees were spending on non productive sites.
- Reporting functionality needs some getting used to.
- Redaction feature can be improved.
- Dashboards reporting that can be emailed automatically to a distribution list.
- Too early to identify ROI we have only implemented this two months ago.
