Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We utilize Adobe Analytics to support our external web properties and some other applications. In general, it is similar to Google Analytics, but offers better integration points into other Adobe products.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • In depth analytics.
  • Ability to track across multiple products.
  • Licensing is definitely a challenge.
  • Integrating with non-Adobe metrics platforms is harder than it should be.
  • Doesn't scale to meet the needs of high-volume sites.
  • Integration with other Adobe Products.
  • Ease of use.
  • Reliability (no down time at all).
  • Easy to implement if you are using AEM to publish.
  • Compared to the Google product, this costs a lot more.
  • Integration is easy. Up time is great. All comes down if you need a specific feature.
  • It's easy to use. Don't have to spend long training team members.
Google Analytics. There are some SharePoint specific tools I've used in the past, but can't recommend those. There are other visualizer tools like Tableau and Domo, but they are more of an add-on.

Adobe Analytics is a fine product if you are integrating with other tools within the Adobe Marketing Suite. In general, it works well. Feature set is very comparable to Google Analytics. It can drill down in some area more than GA, but overall I'm mixed on the Adobe product. It's fine, but not amazing in any particular area. Implementation only makes sense if you are looking for a particular feature.
