Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is used in recruiting for all new hire paperwork and some pre-hire forms. Houston is our headquarters and it is used for these same functions in our other offices.
  • Adobe Sign is user-friendly.
  • The pricing is good.
  • Help is always there when needed.
  • With the classic experience - you could always see the names of the [people] a file/packet was sent to. With the new experience, you cannot. I find it helpful to be able to see the names throughout the process.
  • [It is] quick and easy to use.
  • [It is] so much better than the antiquated system we were using before.
  • I loved some of the features, like seeing if a [document] had been viewed, sending out reminders, etc.
[In my experience], sometimes, it's frustrating when we can't get immediate answers, and [I feel that] some of the representatives are hard to follow and understand.
We feel for the most part it is pretty user-friendly.
We use it for pre-hire paperwork, onboarding documents, and even now with an ATS in place, we still [need] Adobe Sign. [We] also [use it] for in-house [documents] that require a signature.

Great when you need [a] document signed - quick and easy, especially as we move into a more 'work from home' workplace. We use Adobe Sign for as many documents as possible.
