Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

We use Adobe Sign across several departments. It allows us to gather permission forms from parents, as well as distribute docs that need authorization internally.
  • Enjoy the way we are able to send the form to groups.
  • Makes tracking who has responded and who hasn't so easy.
  • The interface is a bit overwhelming. I'd to see that streamlined.
  • Ease of Use
Our school was already using Adobe Creative Cloud, so adding Adobe Sign was an easy choice for our document signing needs.

  • Prevents document loss
  • Collaboration between departments
From an administrative standpoint, Adobe Sign is easy to manage. I have had a few end users who have struggled a bit with sharing and obtaining signatures from parents. Nothing that additional training could not resolve.
Our faculty use Adobe Sign to collect parental permission for things like field trips.

We did not evaluate any other products since we were already using Creative Cloud and specifically Acrobat, however I have received DocuSign files from vendors for signature.
