Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Our organization uses Adobe Sign in order to fill out forms when requesting to use the auditorium, gymnasium, or other areas of the school and school field trips. We have opened it to all staff and not just one department. Before Adobe Sign, we would have a Word document that would get lost, altered, or completely missed when submitted.

  • Google calendar reminders
  • Google email authentication to sign in
  • Has significantly reduced paper and toner usage
  • Productivity--it has freed up time for users with the streamlined process
While understanding that Adobe is an extremely large enterprise and that technical support can be tedious, I would appreciate if assistance could be provided in a timely fashion. Our experience when having issues has been that a response takes hours and by the time we hear back, it is in the evening hours when our support team is not at work. They do respond and most of the time there is no need for escalation to a different department.
Extremely easy to use for any person who was basic experience with computers and document creation. Excellent tracking and scheduling abilities. Wish we would have switched sooner.
In education and for the buildings and grounds department specifically, it has been a godsend. We were able to go from an inadequate system to something more streamlined and easier to use. As an e-signature solution it also upgrades our day-to-day use and seems to hold more people accountable.

  • Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued)
Unfortunately, we were using Microsoft Office applications before we went with Adobe Sign. While there is nothing wrong with Microsoft Office for its intended application, it was inadequate for facilities forms/requests, school trips, etc. Adobe Sign has alleviated most of the issues we had previously encountered and has been accepted by all users in a positive manner.

  • Adobe Sign helped us with organizing separate facilities requests into one
  • Eliminated double booking, which was a huge issue previously
  • Streamlined the process of using our facilities for internal and external users and made it easier to process once requests have been received
  • Holds people accountable by not allowing them to manipulate data at a later date
