Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is used by us and our partners to manage and request signatures from our clients. It helps users manage signed documents more easily.
  • Streamlined process from requesting signature to final sign; cuts out on the need to manage, as once final signature has been signed, all parties receive a copy
  • Able to add reminders and password protect as you request
  • More customizability on the admin portal side
  • Unable to add users with personal email domains in portal without needing to add DNS record to "own" them
  • Internal staff and partners are happy with the service
Were able to address certain issues. However we have a unique situation for our uses for Adobe sign, and there were a few issues which were not clearly addressed.
Ease of use. Users require some training but it's fairly easy to use otherwise.
I set up accounts and provide the e-signature solution to internal staff and partners. Internal staff are always requesting signatures, so Adobe Sign is a resource.

Ability to edit PDFs before sending is a great feature; however, some terminology confuses users.
For some users, takes more getting used to than competitor applications.
