ADP is our company's HRIS system; ADP Workforce Now is used company wide. ADP provides us help in the Payroll, Talent, and HRB Management.
- ADP is very innovative, their developers are always looking for way to improve their services and maximize data security.
- ADP looks for people to participate in product studies to identify clients' needs.
- ADP is always looking for ways to improve their systems programming them to make it easier for users to navigate, making it very intuitive and easy to use.
- Client Support will be the main thing. It is very frustrating to call client services and find out that you have more knowledge of the system than some of their support representatives.
- The ADP Cloud Analytics. This feature still has issues, providing inconclusive data. This might be only for certain clients depending of how clean the data is. The problem is that you cannot just fix it right away, you have to have developers work on any cases/issues that you might have to try and fix the issues.
- ADP does not have electronic signature capabilities or any way to configure on-boarding forms within the application process making it hard for companies to manage that process.
