Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce now is being used across the whole organization. It makes payroll, of which we have a complicated one, easy. It helps us pay our employees weekly, and comply with 5 different union pay rules. Each department has adapted how ADP Workforce Now works for them. It is adaptable to each of our department's needs.
- Reporting
- Chain of command for manager approvals
- Help line
- Integration between time and attendance and workforce now
- More freedom for practitioners to update deduction code validation tables
- More transparent behind the scenes working of time off and other data controls
- Payroll time has been cut down
- Very few mistakes in payroll
- Better data for other HR functions because of the reporting in ADP
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Our team has definitely saved time since adopting ADP Workforce Now, but we were already using it when I arrived, so I am not sure how much time we have saved. The reporting and the different types of reports we can run has saved us time in other aspects of HR, like raise and promotion tracking and bonus/pension calculations. We have to pay weekly, so payroll will always take some time, but the features in Workforce Now have saved us our weeks.
I haven't used any other products for payroll.
