Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is currently being used by the whole companies including plant managers and all employees. It addresses a lot of issues with receiving pay stubs that are needed to start a mortgage or verify employment.

  • Implementation.
  • Onboarding.
  • Easier to handle employee capacity.
  • Unable to implement certain modules.
ADP is definitely a great product to use if you want an all in one solution. They definitely have a lot of options that you are able to add into Workforce Now but the implementation and the time it takes for it to work does take quite a bit of time.

The depth of integration was great but it was so difficult to achieve because the account managers stay silent and we do not get anywhere until we have reached out to almost every ADP consultant.
I don't know how sizable Paycom is to ADP but they definitely are persistent about their business and we have had them come and give us a quote on their services and I don't know how they do globally but they were definitely a competitor that we looked at a couple of years back.
ADP is a great interface to use across the board as it is user-friendly and it provides the information at the user's fingertips. The downfall of ADP is the implementation and communication of products.
