Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used for timekeeping/payroll and maintaining employee information files.
  • Payroll functions.
  • Timekeeping.
  • Customization options within employee profile.
  • Constant updates that cause errors within other areas.
  • Payroll is completed faster.
  • Employee changes are multistep.
It is a great basic program but there are many improvements that can be made to increase productivity.

I have not integrated other systems with ADP Workforce Now.
I have not used other products, but because it is widely used it must be better than most others.
ADP is great for employee information storage and the ability to edit information. The payroll functions and reports are great as well. The recruiting section of ADP does not allow for customization, searching applications, and reporting.
