Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently, human resources and managers across the company utilize ADP Workforce Now. The managers utilize it for tracking their direct reports, reviewing applications for our requisitions, and time-clock-related corrections or issues. HR uses ADP Workforce Now as the HRIS. We store all employee data, from application to termination, in ADP.
- ADP Workforce Now provides a lot of support within the website, which makes solving problems easier.
- We are able to switch between our 9+ entities within ADP easily.
- The updates are very frequent and often include a change in processes or functionality. It would be much more user-friendly if we didn't have to learn new placements and processes when doing daily tasks in ADP.
- A lot of employees seem to have issues with ADP. I think more support for employees would be appreciated. Currently HR is responsible for solving all ADP issues, and many times I've had to interface between ADP tech support and our employees. It would be much simpler to have a help-line for our employees.
