Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our core HR system as well as for payroll for our entire company. It maintains an employee system of record for HR and helps us process payroll. The core HR system is also used to connect to our other HR platforms, such as our learning management and performance/career development system, our recognition system, and our accounting system.
  • Payroll - really the market leader in providing payroll services and they do this well.
  • Support & Testing - their support team, unfortunately, leaves a lot to be desired. There can be long wait times on the phone and it can be difficult to get the answers you need. There is no test environment to test functionality before rolling it out in the live site. This is a huge problem when exploring new features.
  • Integrations to other systems can be difficult unless it's a previously established integration.
  • Streamlined payroll and HR processes.
  • Allows employees to view and manage their own personal data.
Can handle data on a large scale but I have concerns about the ease of system administration as the company grows.

Integration works well if ADP has a pre-built integration. It does not work well when setting up a new integration or customizing integration.
Well suited for an entry-level HR system or for payroll only.
