Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being used by all of our employees for payroll purposes. We hire all new hires through it and process their paperwork through it as well. It's my HR tracking center and we can pull reports for job costing and also transfer into our accounting system.
- User friendly website/app - anyone can use it in just about any language.
- Payroll - our payroll process dropped time in all areas and it helps knowing we stay in compliance with how we pay, taxes being paid, and so forth.
- Link the amount of time on a job to the actual cost of the worker - earnings and hours should go together better.
- Frees HR person to do more HR instead of just running payroll.
- Files are more in compliance.
