Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Payroll, benefit admin, GL and self service for the entire organization.

  • Slowed down progress.
  • Prevented us from streamlining and automating.
  • Diverted resources that should be working on higher level projects to manual work.
  • Employee disappointment with amendment.
Scalability in my opinion is the ability to easily interface with third party benefit vendors as we grow and our offerings change, which is impossible at this point as I've waited months for someone to contact me to sell me a solution. We can't grow with ADP because the support is lacking and generally unable to assist, poor follow up. I spend more time processing manual changes to accommodate what is lacking from an automation perspective to be able to think about our growth.

I didn't pick ADP. Ultimate is highly configurable and support with config and tax is far superior.

[In my experience] follow-up is poor, I'm given different answers each time.
It's great for simple organizations that do not have a lot of complexity, but [I believe] it is impossible to customize and even simple functions are difficult such as processing amendments. [In our experience] support is lacking severely and implementations are a nightmare.
