Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP WFN is used for the Payroll and Tax processing of our company. Currently, only a select few have access to it as we do not use the time and entry module.
  • Timely turn around of processing
  • Tax information is completed timely and readily available
  • [In my experience], outsourcing is horrendous! [I believe] companies should be able to access USA assistance only
  • Tickets [seem to be] automatically outsourced instead of USA assistance.
  • Updates constantly.

Again, it is [my opinion that] the outsourcing is the main downfall. Customer Service is everything.
WFN is a well established company that provides a valuable service. If it weren't for the outsourcing, I would highly recommend it. [In my experience] every time I call or put in a service ticket, I get someone that I have difficulty understanding. [In my experience] 9 out of 10 times, the information is incorrect or it causes other problems. Customer service is the #1 downfall in my opinion. When I do call, I ask for someone in the states, which takes more time on hold. However, once reaching someone in the states, the issue is resolved efficiently.
