Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use workforce now for our timekeeping and payroll administration as well as back end reporting.
  • Easy to track employee information
  • Questions answered on the bridge
  • Training programs are easy to set up and the instructors are very knowledgeable
  • Adding and terming new hires with Cobra tracking
  • I would like to see a whole transition for ATS and onboarding new employees
  • More ways to go paperless with employee files
  • Reporting that is just state specific
  • It allows us to quickly do our year end to pay out bonuses
We work closely between our accounting and human resource departments and are able to quickly create reports that support both areas and allows us to share information.
  • None so far we have looked at some ATS systems
The easy of use and multiple reporting areas as well as the information saved and archived makes it nice for back end reporting. The classes and the suggestion of classes available to everyone is great. Having supervisors that can track and approve their own time cards as well as the manager seeing the cards is good.

Most of the employees I call and speak with are very knowledgeable.
ADP compared to other payroll systems I have used is very user friendly and allows you to have multiple systems in one. All of the classes and information on the Bridge is easy to access and answers question quickly. Reports are easy to create and modify.
