Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our practice uses the full functionality of ADP Workforce Now. Before ADP we were using 5 different systems that did not communicate with each other and were highly inefficient. With ADP, it has consolidated all of our needs and has been very easy to learn how to use.

  • Availability of account managers
  • EDI file maintenance support
  • One stop HRIS
  • Difficulty maintaining EDI files due to lack of support
  • Great for payroll, time and attendance and recruiting
ADP goes under a lot of updates which causes things to not work properly. We must clear cache and cookies constantly to keep ADP working better.

I do not care for the service connect requests. It's an inefficient way to handle urgent or complex issues. The account manager is very hard to get ahold of. The wait times when you call for support are very long and take up a lot of valuable time.
A great tool if you are looking for an all-in-one HRIS.
