Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Porch Group uses the ADP workforce now to process payroll and related taxes, administer 401(K) benefits, capture time off requests, keep vacation balances, and act as a time card keeper for hourly employees. For employees, w-2 and pay stubs and any other tax-related document are housed in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Time Off.
  • Time Cards.
  • Documentation for employee taxes.
  • 401(K) benefit product selection.
  • 401(K) costs to the employee.
  • 401(k) ease of use of the product, it's just not as good as competitors (Guideline, HumanInterest).
  • Implementation was easy kept ROI inline.
  • Customer service is available and helps with ROI too.
  • As does employee self service.
Again, overall I am a promoter of ADP Workforce Now. I think it's a scalable solution that works well with companies medium to a small size that aren't overly specialized. I think it likely falls down, due to its general nature, when a company's mission or product is overly niche or complex.
  • Peoplesoft.
  • Salesforce.
Both of these integrations were relatively easy to achieve with the help from the resources of both of these companies and ADP.
Overall better benefits and ROI with ADP.

Do you think ADP Workforce Now delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ADP Workforce Now's feature set?

Yes

Did ADP Workforce Now live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of ADP Workforce Now go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ADP Workforce Now again?

Yes

Support is available and helpful when you get to the right person. Because ADP is so large sometimes that takes longer than it should.
I've seen Workforce now used in companies of only 10 and up to 1000 people. It seems to have the stretch and give to work in both large and small companies. If a company is too large or too specific in what they do I could see needed something that was more specific to the industry. ADP works well in a general sense for a majority of companies.
