Atera is our central management portal for our clients. We use it to keep track of tickets, monitor hardware and record information about our clients.

  • Atera saves us a lot of time when it comes to setup and configuration, deployment of software and just overall management.
Atera is easy to learn and not as complex as its competitors.
It works perfectly for our needs. It keeps our employees on one application most of the time and lowers the requirements for training etc.
The other products are bulky and just hard to manage. Nobody really understood how they were supposed to function.
