Overall Satisfaction with Atera

We utilize it for secure remote access, Ticketing, patch management, and inventory management. We are a small to medium MSP that supports multiple clients and endpoints around the country.

It has increased my automated tasks. We still manually check updates but it has helped to automate backups, patches, inventory and saved days and hours of time putting reports and manual processes together.
It has made us more profitable and helped to sell clients on the monitoring, patch management and inventory features we had to pay extra for with other RMM clients.
The pricing and features were laid out in a simple and straightforward layout. They have not price gouged while adding features.

It is great for any MSP that is growing and trying to improve efficiencies. It is not charged per endpoint but per technician so great for a company growing endpoints but not technicians as fast.
