- Security granularity for sharing across teams.
- Ease of importing images and other documents.
- Export pdfs and shareable files.
- Integration with Jira.
- Importing xls files.
- Documentation security with various levels of access.
- Integration with Jira.
- Documentation across IT and other teams is very helpful rather than maintaining separate software for the same.
- Easy of integration with other confluence tools makes the complete package favourable.
Google Drive is generally easier to collaborate on with external vendors.
Smartsheet processes excel files better and is sometimes preferred for that purpose.
