Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We are using BigCommerce as our primary eCommerce platform. Right now we do a significant amount of business through our direct to consumer sales channel and we feel that this eCommerce solution will allow us to grow as we move forward with the business. We evaluated a ton of different platforms so we're excited to be using BigCommerce.

We have custom marketing automation that BigCommerce is helping us fix. We also have unique reporting needs so we've had to trick out some of the reporting features which was a big reason we decided to go with this platform over something else like Magento, Shopify, or Squarespace. I think we made the right choice.
We very much liked BigCommerce because it was the perfect fit or the best of both worlds as far as our business is concerned. It had a really robust shopping cart experience that comes standard and it allows for a Sandbox environment that we can use for future custom build-outs.
