Delayed functionality - 5 years is too long

No membership functionality. One example, we had to add membership ID as an attribute to use with our website because the API doesn't include any membership information in the fields available. No membership forms are available in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT (still using OLX) and no membership batching capability. On the development side until last week no ability to add tribute information to the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT donation forms so we are still using the OLX forms. And as previously mentioned, limited field availability for emails. We are forced to use a third-party email program since there are no membership fields available. We looked into the Mail Chimp partner app and the cost to get into the program was prohibitive. The other negative is information uploaded in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT (such as attachments), doesn't appear in the database view.

Support has diminished greatly since 2009 when I first started using Raiser's Edge. Support staff used to be very knowledgeable, now first level support mostly sends you knowledge base articles which I can look up myself. If we can escalate, then we can usually get are issue fixed. I have greater luck sometimes with online forums.
