Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT manages our donor database and tracks donor communications. It has streamlined a process that was once overwhelming due to being a small organization with an even smaller development department. We can run reports, track donor interactions, plan for future events with event forms, capture gifts with handy online forms, and so much more that we were never able to do before.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT has provided an incredible amount of data that better informs our fundraising process. We can track how people engage with our written appeals, whether sent via physical mail or shared via the online form. The retention and bounce rate of our online giving forms, in particular, has been extremely helpful, as it once allowed us to identify an ongoing issue with our website's mobile performance.

Blackbaud Rasier's Edge NXT is the best value on the market when it comes to cost versus impact and services provided. It has almost every single feature that we need in a donor management system and vastly improves upon previous options we have used or trialed for other software. I would highly recommend it.
