Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
I use it to look up donor information such as recent gifts. Our library staff uses it to keep track of patrons who visit every day. They mark it as an action and then pull a report at the end of the day. I usually use RE database more then NXT but I like to have both open during my work day.
Pros
- It is user friendly and the layout of each donor page is helpful when looking for information quickly
- Showing when there are duplicate records
- Pulling quick reports like actions of donors
Cons
- Have membership number more visible. A lot of our members ask for the number to sign up for programs and I have to go into RE database to look it up. Our front desk staff only have access to RE NXT so that would be helpful for them to be able to look it up
- Just more record details in general. The database still has more details and I tend to need to go in there as well
- Library visit action and pulling that report
- Donor information easily accessible
- Saved time on looking up donor information
- Increase members at times because front desk can see not a member and able to tell visitors to join.
It hasn't really impacted our fundraising. I feel like there are features that I'm not educated on that I wish I could find out more information. Especially with pulling certain reports on NXT.
