Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
I use NXT to manage a fundraising and alumni database for my organization. This is the primary database for donation management, alumni information, and philanthropic reporting. This product allows fundraisers to access donor information with ease of access, reports to be generated for C-suite review, and lists to be pulled for a multitude of mailings.
- Web based and mobile friendly
- Variety of fields for custom use
- Multitude of reports for comparison and review
- Gift batching and committing
- NXT donation and registration forms to be as robust and customizable as other Blackbaud products (i.e. NetCommunity)
- Alumni database option
- Alumni module
- Lists
- Database Reports
- Ease of access for those that travel
- Higher return of lapsed donors
- Radius and mapping feature help with securing more visits
We have not yet used the NXT analytics and data intelligence.
- No Training
NXT is superior in the ease of access for those that travel. The NXT email feature is easier to design and use than NetCommunity. The donation forms and registration forms on NXT are not yet up to customizable as NetCommunity.
