Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

Bloomreach is both our email service provider, hosts a lot of customer data and analytics, and it hosts several of our products (email newsletters). It is integrated with the websites of our products to help provide a more personalised experience for customers. Most of our digital marketing activity is completed using Bloomreach. We also use it to provide part of the content delivery for our advertising proposition.

  • Open scenarios on 'design' rather than on 'evaluate'
  • Easier to edit weblayers
  • Allowed us to launch new products to market
  • CPL for email marketing is our most cost effective channel by far (£50CPL)
Accessing support from Bloomreach is quickly and easily achieved. Our account management is helpful and diligent and provides great training and support. Our team who lead on Bloomreach recommend them highly and we have even had senior representatives from the company speak at in person office events to detail the successes and plans for the relationship's future.
This is not something that my team handle directly, but Bloomreach is by far superior for handling corporate exemption data that we buy and process and then market to.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and the whole process of integrating a campaign with Salesforce) is incredibly painful in comparison with Bloomreach.

As a provider for our email newsletters, it is easy and simple for all relevant departments to collaborate, save, update and edit the product. Customer segmentations and building email scenarios is intuitive. Setting up OSM is simple and easily achieved, but could do with a more sophisticated 'drag and drop' editor. Reporting is sophisticated and granular, but accessible.
