Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Polite, but sometimes slow. The web interface for support is poor, often doesn't work. Support often doesn't have a solution or doesn't consider the issue raised as a problem.
It is used across the whole organization - POS and special order and service sales.
  • Point of sale
  • Inventory management
  • Purchase orders
  • Report consistency. Often you run two reports that should have the same figures in various categories and they come up different. Difficult to see why or what to trust.
  • Sales tax reports.
  • Search functions are terrible at the moment.
  • Quit to learn, efficient to train.
  • Too much time spent at tax time due to poor reporting.
Brightpearl's web-based is nice. QuickBooks is stronger in accounting.
Seems well suited for web-based business.
