Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
Brightpearl is being used for CRM and order process across our organisation. It addresses the problem of separate accounts and CRM systems.
- Handles retail management very well with stock control and despatch.
- Integrates with third party software developers.
- Handles electronic invoices and statements very effectively.
- Keeps detailed timelines on each client
- Very good for filtering information on the performance of your business
- Very good at aceessing your information anywhere and at anytime,
- Can't handle BACS customer receipts
- The search function isnt very predictive and you have to be very precise with your terminology.
- Have the feeling that more and more thuis is being aimed at small enterprises selling ion amazon and Ebay. Not B2B businesses such as ours.
- They keep updating the software which throws bugs into the system which causes aggraviation!
- Doesnt work on Apple products due to lack of optimisation
- You need a decent internet connection otherwise items can be duplicated
- Getting rather expensive so the ROI is being squeezed.
- Taking money on screen has been a boon.
- Effective invoice/statement creation saved lots of postage
- Stock control is on a new level.
- Sage
Brightpearl is much more dynamic than Sage with effective CRM. Taking money from customers with keeping them waiting while you punch numbers into a PDQ machine was a great leap forward. Sage couldn't email invoices or statements well. We miss some of the professional accounting of Sage but as a day to day tool Brightpearl is much more effective from multiple locations.
