Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
When working in the office or remotely, we need to be able to call/receive calls seamlessly, Broadvoice has provided that consistently. Their customer service team is also efficient and friendly.

- Mobile app, the placement of the keypad is not intuitive, maybe it should be at front.
- The Business Hours/Holidays module could be updated to include the option to block some hours (not all day) as holidays (meetings?).
- Voicemail messages via email used to have the name of the original voicemail box attached.

- Efficiency , we are able to use our desk phones while working remotely.
- Privacy, we can use our office main number to call clients even while working remotely (desk phone and/or mobile app).
- We can manage our system from anywhere.
This is the first time that we use a VOIP system but we think that Broadvoice is one of the best providers in the market.
