Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We required an upgrade of our entire phone system. We were utilizing an outdated Cisco system, and upgraded to Broadvoice and their b-hive platform (including soft phones). The issue was an outdated system that was tough to manage, and outdated devices that were difficult to replace when needed. Broadvoice recommended phones (Polycom 250, 350, 450), which are working extremely well. The b-hive admin portal is also very user-friendly and we are happy with our upgrade.

- Staff can easily manage calls, we were able to set up call routing, and it has increased efficiency
