Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We primarily communicate with customers of our five online shops with Broadvoice phone system and Bubble texting feature. We design signs and decals, so the Bubble feature allows us to send images back and forth between customers. Broadvoice also helps us organize customer based on which online shop they are shopping at and helps us support multiple lines for each company.
- User friendly
- Customer support. I've called multiple times for help setting things up and am always helped very well.
- Supports multiple lines and multiple locations.
- Having "how-to" articles to help customers navigate settings would be great so they don't have t figure it out or call customer service.

- Positive. We need to work with customers to finalize their designs and orders before we make them.
