Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I know for a fact that it is being used by the sales department, and any other department that uses a commission structure.I think the main business problem that it addresses is that in the past we have always just trusted our managers to give payroll the correct payout amount but those have not been accurate and their was no way to double check what the issue was. Now each individual can look over their payout and have a systematic way to bring up issues.

I have never used anything like CaptivateIQ and love that it is the only product I know that tracks payout like this
