Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ has been the tool that I use on a daily basis to check the data assigned to Sales commissions as well as the most current opportunity that my company is getting paid.

Friendly use and easy to visualize; not so easy to do some operations and manual entries, though.

CaptivateIQ is extremely helpful during the commission analysis when I need to find why a seller is not getting paid or why there is an opportunity missing from the system.

CaptivateIQ is not so easy to capture if there is an error in one of the formulas inside a workbook. So I need to click one by one (worksheet) until I find the correct source on the data connector settings, which usually takes a lot of time.
