Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
Key use cases for the solution are an increase into visibility into compensation in a timely manner, replacing previous delayed and occasionally difficult to reconcile manual processes across multiple systems, in addition to the upfront inclusion of all stakeholders.
Beyond that, transparency of payments to commissioned employees is a win for the solution so while the product can be tricky to navigate, employees understand that the information they need is available to them

- Speed of getting numbers into all the right hands
- Single delivery method for commission information
- Simple means for employees to track payments and tiers in self-service model
- Interface appears different on every use which compounds design issues
- Design of interface has room for improvement in terms of intuitiveness to reduce support overhead
- Lacks consolidation in reporting - can require multiple clicks to get breakdown of information
- Improvement of getting numbers to sales team quickly has reduced hours tied up by revenue-generating employees
- Reducing manual processes reduces errors and corrections
- Negative goodwill created by overpayments all but removed due to catching issues earlier
