Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint
The way we are using Catchpoint is [similar to] how police use CCTV's to catch the thieves/robbers. We heard about this monitoring tool a year ago and understood its functioning and immediately started adopting it. Now, we have over 100+ applications up and running with 24/7 monitoring and site reliability. This tool helps us in a unique way of catching errors in real-time.

Once we got the product, we got good support from the Catchpoint team. The simple, clean interface and user-friendly features of this tool helped us to adopt this very quickly in the span of 1-2 months. The results are very effective and even business people noticed the change in the performance of the products. We had limited/no documentation available at that time but were able to pass the hurdles.
The answer is very straightforward. There are many things, like pricing, ease-of-use, features, setup, etc., [that] brought us to select Catchpoint over other competitors. The main stand-out feature is real-time monitoring with very good metrics visibility. Catchpoint may be considered weak in some areas but that doesn't [factor] much in our use case.
